Sales Horses
We always have a variety of trained horses to choose from.
Currently for sale horses are described below.
Cedrick – 4th/PSG dressage. Chestnut. 12 years old. 16 1/2 hands. Uncomplicated, capable with all the movements of those levels. No nonsense. Been shown in CDIs, and is capable of handling a lot of scary stuff around him! Ridden by a Junior, he went to the North American National Championships and was part of the Silver Medal team. The video below is just a training video, not a dressage test. He can do nice 1/2 pirouettes rather than these full, working pirouettes. He does 5 nice twos as well. I would like to see more bend in the shoulder-ins, my bad. Come try him yourself! Email for more info. Priced fairly to the right person.
Cedrick and Layne Sandercott
Legend – $5,000 Swedish Warmblood – needs to be adopted. Please contact his owner directly for details of adoption. Renee at reneezd@aol.com.
Moose – $2,000– TB – 16'2" 13 years old. Super personality, perfect in every way, just a bit stiff inthe hind legs makes him unsuitable for upper level competitions. We've competed him through Novice eventing. He's my beginner horse for lessons up to fairly advanced students. Moose is good on trails, but doesn't get to do them too much these days. He's dark brown, almost black.
Buster – $2,500 – TB/Percheron – 13 years old. 16 hands or a little more. Capable dressage horse. Done quite a bit of eventing years ago. Mostly does dressage lessons with intermediate to advanced students in our lesson program now. trained to third level. Jumps nicely. Bay.
Chant – $1,500 – 15'2" hands. TB – 16 years old. Good on trails. Quite easy to ride dressage. Capable jumper, but may tend to rush the jumps without proper schooling and warmup. Chestnut.
Ginger – $3,500 – 15'2" hands. TB – We bought this horse from a gal who rescued her. We don't think she had much training at all. She's now 6 years old. Sweet and good at everything. Newly acquired, we have found her to be an extremely willing learner, capable over fences, and very easy to put on the bit. Very good mover. A bargain of an Event or Pony Club horse. Absolutely sound. No bad habits. Not a rusher or stopper. Uncomplicated. Needs a rider with decent balance, and soft hands, since she's sensitive. But she's not overly ambitious, and not a mean bone in her body. Great on trails. Confident. An all around very nice horse.
